ZSQ series pneumatic actuator

ZSQ series pneumatic actuator is designed and developed as a dynamic origin to control valve's on-and-off by ourselves. Accommodate with positioner, limit button, or solenoid valve realized the control of process on-and-off. In order to realize self-open-andclose, the pneumatic actuator uses compressed air as dynamic origin to drive the crank arm to turn through the alternating ability of piston.

►Principle of work

When compressed-air enter into the piston from port A, make the piston(3) push the piston stem(4)move to the right and go through the connecting stem(7)drive the crank(6)revolve 90° anti-clockwise; on the contrary, the compressed-air enter into the piston from port B, make the piston(3) push the piston stem(4)move to the left and go through the connecting stem(7)drive the crank(6)revolve 90°clockwise. To regulate a slight angle from the two sides (50), loose the nut and adjusting bolt (1) regulate to the demanded angle and lock the nut.

1、Double acting type actuator

2、Pneumatic actuator uses piston type cylinder and crank switch structure for big torque, small volume, complete sealing water-proof, and high protection level.

3、All the sliding parts uses inlet border bearing, fluorocarbon guide rope, constant mix friction, resists friction effect.

4、Cabinet body use tough cast steel shell for higher strength and toughness.

5、Cylinder uses import stainless steel or aluminum alloy surface, oil-free lube, low friction factor, corrosion resistance, super wear resistance and reliability.

6、Option of clockwise or anti-clockwise rotation; the two adjusting valve nut in the two sides can adjust the rotary angle in the range of -5o~ +5o.
